Full procedure Hold a wedding for more than 300 guests

A wedding banquet (toi) at a wedding hall (toikana) in a city of the ISEZ, with live music and more than 300 guests.

A family celebration is not an event requiring a municipal permit, but under the 2019 regulation a celebration of more than 300 guests is notified to City Hall, which registers the notification once the hall's capacity, the kitchen, the music and the parking have been checked. Music after 23:00 needs a separate permit. Guests are counted including children over seven and the musicians. A wedding at a private house, in a yard or in the street is not held at a toikana and follows other rules; a wedding of up to 300 guests needs no notification.

Confirmation of the City Hall permits counter under the Holidays and Commemorative Days Act.

  1. 1. Request the confirmation for the date of the wedding
