Dogs in Talas, Nurzhan and Iyık Janyl are registered with the city sanitation enterprise, Tazalık, which issues a tag on the spot.

Who can apply

  • Owners of dogs in the cities, including guard dogs kept in a yard.

What to bring

  1. Form TZ-61
  2. Your identity card
  3. The rabies vaccination certificate for the current year

How long it takes

  • The tag is issued on the spot.
  • The rabies vaccination is free during the October campaign.

  • Tazalık office of your city (in Talas: Kirpich Street 40), Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00.

Common reasons for refusal or return

  • No rabies vaccination certificate for the current year.

Online submission (pilot)

This service is in the e-Irad online submission pilot. Form TZ-61 can be submitted on the Applications online page instead of at the counter; the receiving body's term is 5 working days. Originals are presented when the result is collected.

Forms for this service

Print on A4 paper and complete by hand in block capitals, in black or blue ink. Forms printed from e-Irad are accepted at every counter.
