Who can apply

  • Anyone. Founders and directors are shown only in the extract from the register.

What to bring

  1. For an extract: form RF-8 and, until 30 November 2026, the firm's 2026 census slip

  • Extracts are issued in five working days.
  • Firms registered before 2008 appear only once they have been re-registered.

Print on A4 paper and complete by hand in block capitals, in black or blue ink. Forms printed from e-Irad are accepted at every counter.
