Who can apply

Account holders in blocks connected to the city networks of Talas and Nurzhan.

Fees and state duty

Heating, per m² of heated area a month (heating season)	IS 2.10
Hot water, per registered resident a month	IS 9.50

How long it takes

The heating season 2026–2027 runs from 15 October to 15 April. Heating is not charged outside the season.
A cold radiator does not reduce the bill until the enterprise's inspector has drawn up an act.

Common reasons for refusal or return

A flat in a connected block cannot be disconnected on its own; the building as a whole may apply for a technical opinion.
