Anyone. Holders are shown by legal form only.

How long it takes

Permits issued in the last ten working days may not yet be on the register.

Where to go

Event permits are posted at the venue entrance; taxi licence cards on the dashboard; alcohol licences by the till; trading place numbers are painted on the stall.
