Look up the latest water and sewerage bill of a household account with the Talas City Water Enterprise, Nurzhan Vodokanal or the Iyık Janyl City Water Enterprise. Households without a meter are billed per registered resident.

Who can apply

Any account holder. The account number is printed at the top of the bill.

Fees and state duty

Water, per registered resident a month	IS 14.80
Sewerage, per registered resident a month	IS 6.20

Heating and hot water are billed separately by the city heating enterprise.

How long it takes

Bills are payable by the 25th of the month.
A change in the number of residents is taken into account from the month after the address registration is changed.

Where to go

Pay at any Talasbank branch or Irad Pochtasy counter. Keep the receipt until the next bill shows the payment.

Common reasons for refusal or return

A bill cannot be reduced for a resident who has left until the resident's registration has been changed.
