Address registration

Notify a change of residence within ten days of moving.

Responsible body: Passport and Residence Service, Ministry of Internal Security

Guide to this service

Everyone who lives in the ISEZ notifies a change of residence within ten days of moving. The notification is made at the Passport and Residence Service desk of the district or city office for the new address. It is free, and the new address is printed on a sticker for the back of your identity card while you wait.

Who can apply

  • Every resident who moves, including within the same city or district.
  • Children under 16 are notified by a parent, at the same visit as the parent.
  • Foreign nationals with a residence card, or with the receipt for a residence card application.
  • Residents of the tribal regions are registered temporarily, for the period of the clan council's permit.
  • Students living in a university hostel are registered by the university; they do not apply themselves.

What to bring

  1. Your identity card or passport
  2. Form PRS-3, completed and signed
  3. Housing you own: the ownership certificate
  4. Rented housing: the lease, registered with the Tax Service, and the owner's written consent, signed in front of the official or certified by a notary
  5. Housing of relatives: the owner's ownership certificate, and the owner in person with his or her identity card
  6. A hostel or staff dormitory: a letter from the administration, with its stamp
  7. Moving from another district or city: the deregistration slip (part B of form PRS-3) stamped by your previous district office
